The place is easy to find, and reach. It is very clean. The attic bed is good but if you are very tall like me(>6 feet) it might be slightly difficult to navigate. Overall a good and positive experience. Recommend!

My second stay was also perfect!☺️ The communication via the AirBNB app was very friendly and I also met the landlady (as I understood it unusually) in person! Even after a little mishap, she remained very friendly to me and we were also able to talk a little. The place was very clean again and the balcony is very valuable with the view of the mountains!🏔️

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Highly recommended. We rented the apartment Gartenglück 1.0 as a family of 3 people over Holy Week and we were satisfied. The instructions with pictures were brief and clear. Alois and Stephanie were also helpful - reachable for problems and questions. Everything went smoothly. I especially like that the apartment contains everything you need and frills-free. Salzburg's old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We had no problem with it because we knew it too and were mobile by car.

We really had everything we needed! The bus connection to the old town is excellent. Due to the quiet location of the apartment, we recovered very well. We will be happy to come back!

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There's even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome, there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
