House vacation rentals in Sambuca di Sicilia

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

The place is very pleasant, quiet, in a very pleasant environment. We had breakfast outside on our private terrace and it was nice!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We loved our stay at Francesco’s place! His aunt Teresa was very warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. This was the perfect place to bring our 3 year old daughter, as there was a large enclosed outdoor space for her to play. Additionally, the pool area is gated. Highlights of our stay included walks through the olive trees to the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean, as well as picking oranges on the property and making our own orange juice. The property is beautiful and very private, but still close to all the highlights of Agrigento. I imagine it is even better when it is warm enough to use the pool. We would love to come back sometime!

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

My parents were guests at Angelo's. The house is located in a very quiet street, very characteristic where cars do not pass and very close to the center of San Vito. The house was clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Angelo was very kind and despite not being present, he provided all the useful information and has always been honest about the situation, always remaining available in case of need. We loved Laura's house and its surroundings. Laura is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thanks for the wine and drinks offered. Maëlie, our little girl told us it was a dream stay. Especially to do from the house the coastal path to the nature reserve of Mount Codano and the caves. We would highly recommend Laura's house

Vincenzo and his family were wonderful hosts - they were easy to communicate with, helpful when we had questions, and friendly. Vincenzo's parents greeted us at arrival, helped us get settled, and left us with a few delicious homemade foods to enjoy! Highly recommend if visiting this gorgeous Sicilian city.

Vita's hospitality, the proximity to the beach and the center made our vacation super! Must: parking space and outdoor shower 🤩

Our group had a great stay here. We came for a rock climbing holiday. Climbing areas were a close drive away. We could easily walk to the beach and into town for dinner. We loved hanging out on the roof top deck for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Palma was extremely responsive throughout the trip. Great restaurant and gelato tips. She even gave us an immediate pointer to the nearest ER when needed!

This was a beautiful Oasis on the southern coast of Sicily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcello. he was extremely helpful and the property is very well stocked. This is a very special place that is serene and peaceful. We used it as our base of operations to visit various archaeological sites in the area and we're very happy to be able to return back here in listen to the ocean from the veranda. I will definitely return to this property if I am visiting southern Sicilia again.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

We greatly enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool. The Italian weather was a nice gift for us in April. The owners are extremely friendly. Everything was as described in the listing. I'd recommend to everyone. Extra tip: We sailed with a motorboat via Makari Boat rental in Castellamare del Golfo. Very cool to do. What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A beautiful little house between the sea and orange fields. 10 minutes from the center of Sciacca and the state road to Agrigento. Perfect location to reach the archaeological sites of the area. The calm and tranquility give this beautiful place a magical touch. Lorenzo is very kind and attentive to every question and advice. I highly recommend it!

The property is a great starting point for day trips to Sicily. The good train connections to Palermo and the airport are an absolute plus. The house is quietly located in a residential area and the view from the roof to the sea is just great.

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.
