Monthly Rentals in Samar Island

Our stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of space for gathering with our group and also for retreating when privacy was desired. The private pool was a great source of fun! (Love the lighting at night) A nice, large home conveniently located in the city. Plenty of dining options. The locals were very friendly and accommodating. One highlight for us was taking surfing lessons from a local surfer: the beach was beautiful and the experience was awesome. The only slight critique would be the low water pressure. It will not keep me from booking again in the future but it would be nice if that could be improved. Without hesitation I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Borongan.

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment/unit it feels very homy and very clean. Also the Ate Rose is very responsive and friendly. Definetly will book this unit again once I go back to Borongan

Great stay, the hosts are good at communicating and the caretaker was very accommodating. Nice place for groups and families :)

Had an amazing stay! The place is super homey and definitely worth it if you need a cozy escape. The rooftop view is stunning—perfect for watching the sunset over the mountains. Everything is clean and modern, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!
