The apartment is excellent, complete, fully air-conditioned (including the living room), well-equipped and well located (next to the Salvador Mall). The whole experience was perfect!

Nothing to complain about. What was missing in the description of the notice is that the condominium offers in the pool area an ice machine and filtered water. The place is perfect especially for those who come with children

Alexandre is a kind and responsive host. Every single time we asked a question, he was quick to respond. The building reception staff was also immensely kind, offering us guidance and directions. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, there's a minimart 2 buildings down the street, and also a large supermarket that is a 15 minute walk away. We were able to easily take rides to Barra and Pelourinho. It was very kind of Alexandre to let us use his many Roku apps. We traveled with a child and she was very happy to see movies on Disney. The apartment is simple but it met our needs. I recommend always reviewing the list of what an apartment provides in terms of supplies before arriving so you can be prepared with the basic toiletries that may be necessary for your visit. We loved spending time in the building pool and appreciated that the building also has a mini mart of essentials that you can purchase in the lobby with a credit card. Overall, I think this is a great apartment for a family.

Very nice, quiet and beautiful location, with interesting leisure area for children, good restaurant inside the condominium. Close to the village, which is worth a walk to relax and admire the lake scenery. I'll be back!

It is very easy to reach the center of Bahia and the pretty neighborhoods of Vitoria Farol de Barra and Rio Vermelho. The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. The apartment is complete, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella available and the marmosets always came to say good morning. Things we weren't used to compared to other Airbnbs are paying for the energy and bedding. Otherwise, we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejinha and easy to access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The residential complex is all very well maintained, common areas are always very clean, discreet and helpful concierge staff, safe location, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to enjoy it, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without detracting from the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction, we recommend the following: have a greater number of bath towels; face towels and also cloths; separate the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of a small leak in time (justified by the amount of rain). We only have praise and thanks for the host, we recommend it.

Me and my husband came the tour especially for the carnival, we had a quiet stay, we were welcomed by the reception, easy access to move around, very good fit, according to the announcement building optimum and quiet. And I would stay for sure again.

The accommodation is great, the apartment was clean, the room is newly renovated, the location is good, has private access to the beach, and the pool which provides a pleasant day, has restaurants on the ground floor, a wonderful shrimp guioza, in short, it is worth the daily amount! The stay was excellent. The house matches the photos exactly, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air-conditioning in all the rooms. In other words: fully equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire the cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words, the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.
