Beachfront vacation rentals in Saltburn-by-the-Sea

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed! Richard left us some sweet treats on arrival which were a nice touch! We will definitely rebook

Fabulous location and a very comfortable and modern static. Lots of thoughtful touches inside. I loved being able to make fresh coffee in the morning. We had daily walks on the beach, which was almost always deserted. Some great local restaurants. I would definitely come back.

A fantastic stay at The Captain's Quarters . Easy to check in, find and very accessable to all aspects of Scarborough. We were attending a gig at the Spa so it was a perfect base! The View from the window is amazing. Watching the sea early morning to early evening was fabulous.

We had 3 nights at Emma’s place. A most enjoyable experience. A perfect blend of helpful and friendly with superb restaurant recommendations. The best being The Plough bistro pub in Scalby / 3 miles outside Scarborough. The house met all of our expectations and was in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything we needed was available to us! The biscuits and milk were much appreciated too xx Thank you both for a super stay! Would recommend to others xxxxx

Two families (4 adults, 3 older teens and 2 very well behaved dogs!) have just had an excellent Easter long weekend in this lovely terrace house. Ellie was a responsive and communicative host making everything very easy. We were touched by the breakfast items and chocolates left to welcome us - a thoughtful gesture! Accommodation was as pictured and described, the house is like a tardis inside - deceptively roomy and spacious! A very well equipped kitchen meant we could easily prepare, cook and eat together. Scarborough South Bay is easily walkable (downhill going but very much uphill coming back! ), the cliff top railway is close by and was working so we made use of that a couple of times, the Italian gardens are beautiful and worth investigating as you’re virtually on top of them. There is a Sainsbury’s local round the corner (very handy) and the Ramshill Hotel was welcoming to us and the dogs for a Saturday late afternoon drink. Would definitely recommend!

The house in Robin Hoods Bay provided the perfect place for a family holiday. Ideally located in the lower bay near to the beach. Parking nearby a real bonus. It was more spacious than expected and characterfully decorated. The top floor boat bed was a delight. The well equipped kitchen allowed enjoyable meal preparation. Good quality bed linen and towels. If returning to RHB wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else.

We really loved the place very quiet…easy access to beach ….. enjoyed are walks to the beach and surrounding places, we also enjoyed the Italian gardens and walking up to the Scarborough Castle, which were lovely views. Thank you Jennifer for the lovely place.

Really easy to find, lovely and clean. Very well furnished and easy to get into. Maryam also communicated really well leading up to and during the trip. Would absolutely stay again!

Had an absolutely fantastic time with the three children, plenty to do and coming back to the caravan was so cosy. Would definitely stay again. Amanda our host was ace too!

We had a fantastic time at Cayton Bay and Scarborough. John's caravan is the best one we've stayed in (we come every year). Lots of amenities, even a toddler toilet seat and step. Very comfortable and loads of storage. The caravan was spotlessly clean. Has a homely feel. John was very responsive and approachable. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable apartment. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The close proximity to the sea and access to the spa area made it extra special. I would definitely recommend.

very tidy and fresh apartment, clean bathroom no mould in the grout and sealant. clean decor and carpets. Feels like a home from home. lovely view of the sunrise and sea.

Had a great few days here. Comfy beds & cozy duvets were almost too tempting to leave. Place was clean and as described. Easy check-in & check-out.

As a family of 4 plus 2 dogs this was the perfect Christmas getaway for us. We received a festive welcome and the cottage was just perfect for everything we needed. The beach is quite literally on the doorstep and a couple of beautiful local pubs serving amazing food & costal & cliff top walks a plenty. The cottage was just wonderful & spacious for us all, the underfloor heating was just amazing which the doggos appreciated. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook a full Xmas dinner plus family faves which we were very pleased with. Freshly laundered bedding and sparking kitchen/bathrooms too! We had the most amazing time and Staithes is a perfect remote getaway with local towns a short drive away. We will certainly be booking with Amanda again, thank you. 🎄🎅🏼

Beautiful stay at Olivia’s place in sandends - the bees are incredible and a stones throw away from the beach! Nearby bus stop to take you into Whitby in less than 10minutes. Safe to say we have found our new spot to stay in sandends. Thank you Olivia

Delighted to have stayed here. Peter couldn’t have done for us and his prompt communication was outstanding. Brilliant location, close to the front and not noisy at all. Everything was just like the pictures and spelt amazing. Staying here has completely open our minds to new interior design options and I think it’s fair to say it was a privilege to have had time here. I really hope to return and wish Peter all the best with this venture 🥰

I’m originally from Hartlepool and have wanted to stay in one of the houses on the sea front since I was a little girl. This was a dream come true waking up to such a beautiful view. The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Everything we could have needed was provided and the WiFi was great. Alicia and Ross couldn’t not have been friendlier and more helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Lovely weekend away in Sandsend. A beautiful holiday home just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice and private, plenty of parking, would recommend.

Lovely, quirky cottage in great location. Right next to the beach, cafes, pub and fish restaurant. (Recommend the crab salad at The Hart pub!) Bus stop for Whitby just across the road. Parking for two small/medium cars. Cottage has a quirky layout but our grandchildren loved the attic bedroom, and the big kitchen table was also very popular. It is spacious and very well equipped. Matthew was a great host - quick to reply and very helpful. Information booklet also useful. NB mobile signal is rubbish, but the wifi in the cottage is good. No shop in village but Lidl only 10 minutes away. We had a great stay - highly recommended!

We had a gorgeous couple of nights in this beautiful cottage by the sea. The living areas were bright and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and the garden was perfect. The cottage is located a stones throw from a wonderful sandy beach and within a 5 minute stroll from the pub, a lovely restaurant and even closer to Mary’s Sandwich shop. We parked in the car park which is also very close. There isn’t a shop within walking (or at least not one we found), so you need to make sure you have essential supplies but other than that, couldn’t have asked for anything more.
