I was welcomed by a very nice local who showed me the apartment and the storage for my bicycle. The place was very clean and well supplied with towels, sponges, linen etc. really well prepared for the guests. The host always responded very quickly and there was always that nice local person around for questions. The place is located in the foothills of the Apennines, making it ideal for brisk walks or experienced cycling tourists/MTBs. The place is a spa resort and its character is still dominated by the Belle Epoque colonial style of the spas and hotels and guests. Fidenza, Piasenza and Parma are reachable in 25 minutes to 50 minutes by car. all amenities available in the town including EV charging stations. Ideal location to take a break and enjoy your stay with walks, sporting excursions, restaurants, strolling in the parks, bars and places of interest in the area.

I stayed with Enzo with a friend in early January. The experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Enzo is a very welcoming person and available to provide directions and information. She welcomed us with great care and friendliness! And what a surprise to hear some good music in the little theater you've created! The house is small but very cozy and well cared for. We'll definitelybe back in the summer!

The room is very tasteful, tidy and clean, and very functional.Just sorry we were a little later than the stated check out time and the host didn't blame us.

We stayed 3 weeks in the clubhouse and everything was perfect. Emilio and Marzia are very responsive, the kitchen well equipped, clean bathroom + towels + bedlinen, good wifi etc. We cannot think of anything negative. The clubhouse also has a nice terrace.
