Monthly Rentals in Salinas

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

Excellent stay, the hostess was very kind, considerate and even offered extra things that were needed at the time. The environment was very cozy and clean, although the garbage can should be enlarged. But from there, 10/10 in everything, I would definitely come back

Excellent option for those who want comfort, good service, spacious, ventilated, a beautiful ocean view, modern construction. Impeccable hygiene and a lot of privacy and autonomy during the stay. I'd always go back there.
