Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. The apartment is nice and clean. It's a central area with all the necessary infrastructure. The beach and a gigantic park with lots of playgrounds are nearby. The neighbours are quiet, and the windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

Without a doubt, it was the best apartment we've ever been to. With large storage capacity and all the appliances impeccable, very new. The terrace is great! The bed is comfortable, which is highly valued, with a high-power hairdryer. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything at hand, supermarkets, market, bars… the apartment is large and very nice, but above all very clean. Unbeatable value for money! They have touches like a kit so that your pet has a place to drink and eat with its own towel, as☺️ well as other touches!! The 2 TVs are an added bonus and with many channels. The house is fully equipped: it has lots of kitchen utensils and tableware, towels, a hairdryer, gel, shampoo and even CONDITIONER, something that I value very much and that is not always found in other accommodations. It also has cleaning products. In addition, both Marian and Ángeles treated us wonderfully and were very flexible with check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The stay was nice. The apartment is in a very good location, according to the area we were looking for. Nearby area for free parking. The apartment is a bit noisy because of the area in which it is located and because it is on the first floor, but at night you hardly notice it. We will repeat in our next stays in Gijón.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

It was short and we hope to be back soon. We were VERY comfortable, the area is super nice, quiet and you have a lot of cool places nearby to go. This is the first time I haven't had to scrub anything before cooking or eating, everything was so clean, and the same with the bathtub, a real luxury. My congratulations to Samuel for how well he has it set up and how beautiful everything has turned out, he was also very kind and pleasant with us and was waiting for us when we arrived to give us the instructions.

The place was absolutely fantastic. The host, Isolina, has thought of every little detail. There is nothing that you need that she hasn't thought of and many lovely extra touches, like the bowl of fruit, homemade cake, dressing gowns and slippers, really 5* touches.The apartment is tastefully decorated and really cosy and homely, at the same time. The beds and sofa are comfortable and the level of cleanliness is 💯. The hot tub is within one of the double bedrooms, which is an added bonus for whoever is staying there. All our needs were catered for and any questions answered ASAP. I highly recommend this apartment, which is located in an area that is well served by public transport and has a taxi rank in the street below. Great value for a trip to Gijón, a vibrant city worth exploring that I'm surprised does not have a more widespread reputation internationally, compared to Santander, Madrid and Barcelona!
