Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. First off. Let me say the house was great. It was nice and big plenty of room. Very clean we had a big gathering and everyone absolutely loved it and was very satisfied with the price they paid to stay the weekend. Even though we went during the offseason it was still a great time. We Will definetly book this Airbnb again. Thank you Krystal and we will be in contact again.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! This Kennebunkport home is very well situation and beautifully decorated. It was a great location for our Thanksgiving rendezvous vous.

Great location, very comfortable accommodation and lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect. It's a short walk down a quiet street to the beaches and the center of Rockport. The house was very clean when we arrived and all amenities were as described and working perfectly. We hope to stay here again soon.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We have stayed at Carol’s other campers but this was our first time at Trigger’s cabin. Great rustic accommodations and a beautiful spot right on the pond. It is such a peaceful spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. Carol is a great host and we plan to be back again.

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

Perfect spot to get away and clear your head. Wi-Fi and amenities we're great, the private back patio is serene and everything you'd want to see in downtown Provincetown is within walking distance. If you enjoy the type of vacation where you can park your car and not get back in it until you leave, this is a wonderful spot. It was very affordable, well maintained, and an overall peaceful spot with good vibes.

This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

My stay at Richard’s Airbnb was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance of Commercial Street restaurants and shops and is in a peaceful setting. I especially loved the details to the decor, the bed was comfortable with a nicely fully stocked kitchen, which made my experience feel even more special. Richard was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was always quick to answer any questions and provide great local recommendations. His thoughtfulness was evident in the detailed instructions for what was in the home and recommendations for local experiences. I felt at home during my time here, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

A very clean and cozy spot. We were on an emergency visit, and were able to get the (off-season) reservation quickly. We had to bring our dog, and the pleasant side yard was wonderfully convenient. It had a pretty patio and garden that we would love to have hung out on if the weather had been warmer. The only draw back, and it was still workable, is that the living room is on the second floor, above the kitchen and dining floor. This property is not a cookie-cutter condo, but has that classic Ptown quirky architecture and atmosphere!

This condo is beautiful and comfortable - very well appointed - with a very nice host. I had some unusual circumstances for my stay, and Milan was extremely courteous, responsive and friendly. The furnishings were beautiful and there was plenty of space in the condo. I noticed the thoughtful touches like the high chair, children's plates, dog bed and bowl, etc. It seems like every detail has really been well thought out.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

I describe my stay at Hummingbird Cottage as Serendipitous. I was there a little over 2 weeks, and just a few days in, Ashley and I discovered that we surprisingly had a number of friend connections! The cottage's location provided easy access to family in Marshfield and on the Cape as well as friends outside of Boston. The listing doesn't show the kitchen, but I'd describe it as "efficient European apartment ", and Ashley includes so many amenities that you will feel welcomed immediately! Duxbury is a charming community with good restaurants, shops, conservation areas for walking and a beautiful beach. I look forward to a return visit!
