I really enjoyed my stay, a flat with everything I needed. Very good place to go with family(my case), or just a couple. Near the entrance for access to the amenities of the hotel, quiet parking, air conditioning works well. Very nice! I highly recommend it, and I plan to come back other times.

Well-equipped Flat, organized kitchen, has basic utensils for the stay, comfortable beds, the condominium is quiet and wooded, has places for walking, the employees are educated and requested, has a maid service included if necessary. because it is ground floor has a plus factor which is the area of the garden. The host is very requested, passed all the instructions correctly.

The town very well accommodates the 08 person as per the listing, I suppose until 10, pq on the single beds has a bi-bed and auxiliary mattresses. The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.

Eddla Karina is a great host, very attentive, answered all questions, very flexible at check-in, always answered and answered all our questions. The convenience is just like the ad, a quiet and familiar place where my family and I felt at home. It's well worth it, we'll come back more often.

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!
