It was a great stay at Chritian's house! We enjoyed every single minute! The view is beautiful, there is enough space for a family with three kids, we even had our private litle house. To swim in the river wad the most beutiful activity. We really loved to stay down all day, spend the day reading and swimming. To go hiking in this area is also perfect! We really loved to stay in le jou, Christan gave us a lot of information what to do! We strongly recommend it. We will come back!!!@!

The maisonette is a living space where we were able to recharge and ideal for nature lovers (beautiful landscape from the garden/window of the main room; PR/GR type hiking trails with the maps at your disposal) Far from all dwellings (it takes 20 minutes with an SUV vehicle to access the village of Montselgues, the nearest) we found all our comforts for a family vacation (with two teenagers who were happy to feed the chickens and venture into the woods). Regarding the host, she was attentive and responsive. During our stay, we were able to hike "Discovery of the Montselgues raptors" (+5km without elevation); take the Poets' Trail to go up to Thines; spend a day at Lac de Villefort; swim in the surroundings (Le Chassezac) and consume local at the farm "L 'Escape hail".

Excellent hosting! Great experience in the middle of nature. Philippe is a very warm host, and passionate about his job as a beekeeper and contact with nature and the living.

My wife and I immediately felt comfortable after we arrived high up in Le Jou after a little adventurous arrival. The view is breathtaking and the little cottage is simply enchanting. In a tight space, everything is available and very cleverly spread over the few square meters. Ideal for a world escape and unforgettable.
