This charming cottage was built on an old distillery, then annexed to an old farmhouse in the Val d'Argent valley. It is located outside the city center and is thus immersed in nature, on the edge of the forest, close to many hiking trails. The woodwork gives life and color to the cottage which is spread over 2 floors: * On the ground floor, a living room with equipped kitchen * On the 1st, the bedroom under the roofs.

At the foot of the bell tower

The housing is on the ground floor of our family house. It's composed by a big living room and 3 bedrooms. You would have at your disposal a bath and a shower in the bathroom. The apartment is 120 meters space, where children can run without disturbing anybody. The garden is completely closed and a parking is very close from the house. You can easily take a walk or go cycling starting from the house.

Relax in this completely renovated home, attached to the main house. It is an old barn rehabilitated into a cottage to welcome you and allow you to have a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. Duplex of about 70m2, it can accommodate from 2 to 4 people in extra sleeping. The accommodation also has a private outdoor terrace of 15 m2 with views of the surrounding mountains.
