Impeccable accommodation located in a green setting. Pascale and Eric were very welcoming and always available when needed. The accommodation is well equipped and mosquito nets are placed on the bedroom windows, so we had no mosquitoes at all.

Beautiful villa, most likely one of the best views of Martinique. Perched in the mountains, it is one of the highest houses in the neighborhood that offers panoramic views of the sea, mountains and diamond. The place is as beautiful as the photos. Gatean (from the agency) responds very quickly and offers a great service. Very clean, well equipped on the kitchen side, and the beds are comfortable. The 4 bedrooms have an A/C, but note that the central living area does not have one, but the two "garage" style doors allow some ventilation. 1km from the beach, and there are several local shops 5 minutes or less away (bakery, pharamacie, convenience store, fruit/vegetable market). The closest Carrefour grocery store is 20 minutes away. Allow a good 30-40min for the check-in and checkout procedure which requires taking several dozen photos (probably 40+) of the house to confirm the condition of the premises upon arrival and exit. The place is quiet, in the evening is lulled by the noise of insects and singing lizards it is very relaxing. And during the day the pick up by the roosters, goat. It is a perfect place for those who love nature and the countryside. Brice and his wife are always there to guide us. They are very respectful, welcoming. Thank you

I had a great time at Francis's house! As soon as we arrived, he was extremely welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions. Beautiful house in a quiet property with a view of the Diamond, ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children. The pool with the sound of the sea is very nice after a day of sightseeing. Brigitte and Maurice are very welcoming, adorable and discreet hosts. We recommend ++++ We will return to the Diamond for sure!

Unforgettable stay in Choelcher! Very large terrace, with pool, offering a view splendid on the sea, a perfectly quiet and relaxing place, the singing of birds and frogs in the evening. Super welcoming hosts, concerned about the well-being of guests.

Superlatives are missing… Fantastic house, we live "outside", very well structured and arranged, the pool is superb and so pleasant. The listing photos are accurate. Organization of the rental, perfect communication - key handover, very pleasant and accommodating arrival/departure inventory. The owner is very friendly, the couple managing charming. The views of the Diamond Bay are breathtaking! In short, we leave this house with great regret, with many memorable memories. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
