Very welcoming host. Very atypical place and very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and the living space of the house is very nice. I highly recommend this property. Very nice stay.

Great stay! The house is intimate, clean, close to everything! It's a small oasis. Each room has its own toilet and shower, on the other hand, small disappointment with the shower in the bedroom adjacent to the house.. small and the ceramics is very damaged. We had a great holiday in this house, I would recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Myriam for her availability!

in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

Very beautiful house with beautiful views. We were 9. Too bad the bungalow didn't live up to the house. So some are wronged. Great location. Great house for 6-8 people, preferably. The house, garden and pool are perfectly maintained. NB: Be aware of the many power outages seemingly common in the area.

A great stay with great contact with Florence, which allowed us when we arrived to have cooked dishes, pre-order and ready to eat😛👍 breakfast for the next morning was also ready We were three couples , the only regret we can have is that in the third single room, on the side there are no windows and it was not very pleasant for our friends , more little storage to store his laundry. But a very pleasant stay, with still a superb villa where we enjoyed the spa and the fire pit and where we were able to cook our lobsters quietly and that was great. In any case, to be recommended to Airbnb Customers.

We stayed in the Ekwata villa, ideally located on the heights of Saint François, offering magnificent views of the coastline. Beautiful garden with infinity pool. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a kitchen fully open to the garden. Joelle's welcome and advice were also valuable and appreciated. We recommend it ++.

Very well equipped, warm house, with a very good location to discover large land and lowland. Regine was super available before and during our stay. We live inside/outside, the pool is nice and the house has all the comforts. The pool largely compensates for the lack of a nearby beach.

This villa for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was above our expectations. Everything was perfect. Our villa and those all around are new, well decorated, air-conditioned and very well arranged. We were comfortable and had a great stay with such a nice punch baccalaureate in the evening. Large pool and gardens, very beautiful quality of materials, a quiet and relaxing place for a very nice holiday without forgetting the superb beaches nearby. Ask Georges and Nathalie, they have always advised us with extreme kindness , a real personalized welcome. Thank you for your cooperation on this wonderful holiday. We will come again! We stayed in this house for three weeks with nine adults and two young children. It is part of a bigger development of vacation homes. It is located at the edge of the development, facing away from the other homes. We enjoyed the house and its grounds. It felt private. The layout is good. The house was built only a few years ago and it feels modern. We cooked meals in its kitchen every day and it worked out well. Parking worked well for three cars. The open concept of the kitchen, living room and patio allowed our extended family to socialize well. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is conveniently located and professionally maintained. The ping-pong table provided a lot of fun for our group. There is a restaurant on the premises run by the owners. We ate dinner there one evening and enjoyed it. The house is centrally located on Guadeloupe. It is quick and easy to get onto the Traverse and only 20 minutes from the airport. The big Carrefour is only 15 minutes away.

Very nice one month stay with family (4 couples, siblings with spouses). The sea view is beautiful. The villa is well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need for those who like to cook. There is a gym with sea views, bikes available (there is a bike path just down the Chemin des Éclaireurs), a superb infinity pool and the villa is located near beaches towards Pointe aux Châteaux. Sandrine is kind and is available for questions and problems (our toaster broke and the same morning she brought us another one). We would highly recommend Villa Hacienda. P.S. The patio maintenance needs to be redone because we too, 3 people had splinters.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Very good stay at this very nice villa. Person on site is nice and very responsive. The villa is well located with beach accessible by a path and close to St Anne and St François. The only downside is in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms overlooking the pool has openings only closed by shutters so it is very exposed to outside noise. Similarly, the 5th bedroom with the 2 double beds opens directly onto the living room and is only closed by a fabric wall so more of an extra.

We had a great holiday. The villa is amazing, clean with great view. A few minutes by car from the center of Sainte-Anne, beaches and restaurants. Mickael was a great host, very friendly, answering all our questions. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful villa totally true to the listing photos. The ocean view is breathtaking. It was a perfect stay. As well as being friendly, Pierre-Alain was very available and responsive and all without being intrusive. Thank you to him for making our stay so enjoyable. Accustomed to trips to Guadeloupe, I'll be back!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

villa perfectly matching the description, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. the small beach 10 min walk at the end of the cul-de-sac is very nice! Maryline was very welcoming, and flexible on check-in and check-out times. She had even planned a snack for the evening of our arrival and breakfast. Thanks for your attention! the villa was located near Ste Anne, Le Gosier, and ideally located for visiting the island. I would recommend this villa!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa located a few minutes from downtown Saint-François ( restaurant, grocery stores, casino ...). The area is quiet and intimate. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for two people and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Isabelle is very responsive. She makes sure the maintenance is done for the pool and she offered us a cleaning service, since our stay was 10 days. The garden is exceptionally beautiful. Don't be surprised if you hear strident noises when the night arrives, we've been told it's the frogs singing. We discovered the restaurant Le jardin secret 800 meters from the villa. Thank you Isabelle for this stay! You can book with no hesitation!😊

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Very nice accommodation! The yard is perfect. The kids loved swimming in the huge pool that's in the sun all day. Everything was perfect! Thank you very much.
