Mein Mittelreihenhaus wurde im Jahre 1956 gebaut, mit fast "Vintage" artigen Elementen die ich beim vollständigen Sanieren des Hauses (2018) behalten habe. Das Haus hat fast 100 qm2, die Adresse ist Sparberweg 6. Es gibt ein großes Esszimmer mit Küche im Erdgeschoss. Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Gäste Schlafzimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock; das Badezimmer mit Toilette im 1. Stock, die Innenstiege ist eher steil.
