We thank you Christine for all these good tips that you took the time to communicate to us, for your kindness, your availability for your vacationers if needed (no need to clean the pool ourselves, you offer to wash the dishes if needed…), your accommodation was great, very clean, the bed is already made, towels are available and even very soft expressly for our little one 😍 The pool is splendid, the environment, … Everything was there to make us feel good and at home! Really thank you for everything, you are a very beautiful person with a big heart, we are delighted to have met you and to have stayed in your little cocoon 🥰 Thank you for being attentive, present and responsive to the needs of your tenants 😁 Frankly it was great and me and my little family thank you, we will come back and even longer 💕 Noémie, Lucas and little Mattia 🤩

Brilliant family holiday, accommodation was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Marina who completes the check-in/checkout is great and very helpful. Will hopefully be back.

Very nice house out of sight, quiet. Beach 2 min walk to admire the sunset and kites (festival in April). The coastal path leads to Chatelaillon. The house is very clean, functional. The land that passes behind the house is not a problem. You can't see the railroad tracks and the noise only lasts a few seconds when a train passes. We slept well. The bedding is comfortable. Everything is nearby within a few minutes' drive.

Éliane is a Beautiful Person, a Host who respects privacy, attentive, empathetic, very kind and eager to please her guests. Thank you for your generosity Éliane, looking forward to seeing you again soon.

The little cottage is close to the city center, which is great for walking around. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and there is a very convenient parking space in front!

so good we stayed another night, perfect location, park the car in their garage and wander around this beautiful city. Frederick could not have been more helpful and left us at ease, can't wait to come back for longer next year.

Christine's place is conveniently located for walking around La Rochelle. It is beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. And what about this small inner courtyard, with a little bonus: jasmine in bloom... simply beautiful! And what calm... It's very noticeable in the city center. The welcome booklet is very complete, we greatly appreciated knowing the little story of the apartment. And Christian's hosting was EXCELLENT! Big thanks for the stay.

The accommodation is very easy to access, even by bus, from La Rochelle train station. Very good point. Apartment, clean, very well equipped, with a nice living space. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very kind. We felt right at home and had a great time :-)

Great stay on an extended romantic weekend. Ultra-detailed instructions allow for a peaceful check-in. The exchanges have always been kind and courteous. The terrace is an undeniable plus, and again, we didn't take the spa option. The rental is very well located, a bus station nearby to enjoy downtown La Rochelle (difficult to access by car). A very good experience, I recommend it 👍

If you are looking for an optimal starting point to explore the beautiful city of La Rochelle and its surroundings, this is the place to be. It couldn't be more central, countless restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The entire "logistical" process (key handover, access codes, where to unload and park the car) is well organized, communication with Sylvie in this regard is excellent. The Vieux Port is a car-free zone, but you can unload the car at the apartment and then park it in a nearby parking garage thanks to a parking pass from Sylvie. The apartment itself is bright, with great views, tastefully decorated, richly equipped, with comfortable beds and very clean. We were there for 4 nights, felt very comfortable and can recommend it to all city travelers without reservation.
