Monthly Rentals in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

March 2025, We recently got back from a two week stay at this lovely, quiet, appartment, surrounded by palm trees and lush plants in the garden. This is peaceful spot just minutes from a beautiful beach with a great local bar that served rum punch, local beers and good food. The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Including the pool for those that want to cool down. Dione and Kev were fantastic hosts with all the inside info and advice you might need to enhance your stay in SVG. It was a pleasure to stay in their guest home and to meet them. Great host and amazing couple. Thank you both for making our holiday really special with your genuine kindness and welcoming personalities, we loved our stay with you as well as meeting your two friendly affectionate welcoming dogs. Smart and well equipped. An ideal "home from home". It is possible to walk taking about 30 minutes for a fit person into Kingstown and Indian Bay Beach in the other direction passing a local supermarket which was open on Sunday evening. The local minibuses tend to very full and traffic busy, So a Taxi or own vehicle needed if you don't want to walk. The adjacent roads and paths are very steep, but with local help we found a "hidden" track and up very steep steps towards town. A benefit of the steep hill is nice views. Overall we liked the place and were impressed, by the quality and nice helpful touches.

We had a great time staying at Sapphire apartments. Beautiful views. Our apartment was light and airy with air con in the bedroom. Mosquito screens on all the windows which made me very happy so we could have all the windows open without fear of letting insects in. Great to have beach towels provided. It’s close to Indian Bay beach and convenient for popping into town. Two large supermarkets are just 5 minutes drive away. Ronel and Fran were very welcoming and had helpful suggestions about places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Jenny's Place. From the moment I booked they were so responsive and helpful and once I arrived, Jenny took the time to give me tips and just share her love of the island. I loved the view from the deck, so incredibly peaceful. Honestly felt right at home. I was able to walk to a bunch of restaurants and the information regarding the local walks was great (did the 10K r/t to Belmont, so fun). The space was comfy, kitchen well stocked even though I didn't use it. Sadly my time there was WAY too short so I will definitely have to come back.
