The ground floor is inhabited but with a separate entrance . You'll be able to enjoy an evening on the terrace of its private garden. Shops nearby. Downtown Nantes is 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes with The Bus line C9 or The Train station Les Pas enchantés.

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.
