Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

The place was beautiful. The house is perfect. We were 15 friends with two babies. Wilfrid and Sandrine are responsive, kind and welcoming hosts. The house is perfectly maintained, clean and modern with all the comforts imaginable. The small studio is a real plus. Everything was perfect, we recommend 10000% without hesitation.

A true green setting! We had an unforgettable weekend with friends in this wonderful setting, bathed in sunshine and serenity (except for the impressive gust of wind acrobatics - to be seen once in a lifetime! :)). The house is spacious, absolutely comfortable, and remarkably well-equipped. Every moment spent here felt like a poetic pause, with a unique view of the Seine. A big thank you to our host who welcomed us with great kindness, providing us with all the necessary information. Very flexible and understanding, she was able to adapt to our late arrival with kindness. A perfect haven of peace to recharge in the countryside. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and we hope to be able to return!

Amazing location. Very large 2 bedroom with 2 baths across from Louvre and a beautiful park. So close to everything and Oscar the doorman was wonderful. I would 100% recommend this apartment!

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Great host, great location, great view!

Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again :) Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at Elodie's flat. Communication before we arrived (and when we were there) was excellent and we were met at the flat so that we knew exactly how everything worked. The flat was really clean, tidy and quirky with balconies at every window with an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur. Elodie, very kindly, left lots of food for us eg milk, bread, butter, juice etc. It's in a great location with lots of cafes, boulangeries near by, the metro just two minutes walk away, and Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur on the doorstep. We would definitely love to stay again.

I was here for one month and very happy, especially with the view of the trees and Les Invalides across the street. But also the apartment is very comfortable with large windows and a lot of light. It had everything I needed. The bed linens and towels were good quality with NO bad perfume/detergent smell. (I always mention this in reveiws, because I have had to wash linens in some places.) Medhi met me and helped me with luggage and moving in. He was always available to assist with anything. The neighborhood is affluent but with plenty of reasonably priced places to have coffee, eat, shop, etc. Being close to the river was great. Peaceful location at night. Very safe. The metro is close and easy and goes everywhere. I can not comment on the value, because I haven't compared it to other airbnbs. Excellent place from which to explore Paris.

I had a very pleasant stay at Frederic's, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from a train station, with trains every 15 mins to Paris in 2 stations. Close to La Défense. The neighborhood is very quiet, very wooded, with a supermarket 10 mins walk away. Frederic has been reachable and available at any time if you need anything. I loved the little private garden. The apartment is spacious and ideal for 3 to 4 people, my stay was perfect and Frederic was very nice, thank you again and see you soon I hope.

This apartment was an absolute gem and I already can’t wait to be back! The space is an awesome blend of modern chicness and historic charm, and the location couldn't be better. Greg was incredibly attentive, easy and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Luxury home, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether indoors or outdoors. Fabrice is a host who is easy to communicate with and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%
