Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, barbecue and swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the check-in time which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! Very welcoming host, we recommend it! Very relaxing, very quiet by the lake. Very clean! If I had to give one small point, we thought that access to the lake was at the foot of the accommodation with the photos, but you have to cross the road. Which is not a problem at all. The location is close to the center and the view from the balcony is very beautiful and there is a private parking in the basement. The kitchen is complete, but I strongly recommend it

The place was amazing with a great addition with the hot tub and views. It was well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. I look forward to staying again the future!

A lovely stay at Julie and John's who offer impeccable accommodation in a beautiful location. We were 10 minutes from the slopes of Grand Bornand and were able to enjoy a week of skiing. Communication was excellent and the photos perfectly match the listing. We therefore highly recommend it.

Check-in is very simple thanks to the instructions sent by Hervé. The accommodation is very clean and functional. Coffee pods and all the essentials for the bath (towels and shower gel) at our disposal. Very good responsiveness from hosts. I recommend it!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
