We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, sun loungers, and a spa pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Small hamlet house

The old house offers the comforts of a modern home. It was awarded 3 stars in the Dordogne tourist accommodation ranking. Located in the Périgord-Limousin Park, the village of Les Bordes is made up of old houses that have been renovated or are being renovated. You will be in a region of forests and water, ideal for observing nature and hiking. Many sites, castles, caves and beautiful villages will delight you with their beauty, hospitality and the quality of their gastronomy.

Comfortable house for 4 people, fully furnished and equipped. On the ground floor: kitchen with fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove and a living/dining room with enough to rest in an armchair or sofa. Upstairs, you will find a 1st bedroom with a queen size double bed, a 2nd with a standard double bed as well as a bathroom with sink, toilet and towel dryer. A hot tub (32°C) is available from May to September (optionally available the rest of the year).

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Spacious family stay in the Limousin (ground floor)

It is an apartment with its own independent access. it is spacious with 2 large bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom and a living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped. All of this is equipped with sliding doors and, in terms of layout, so that it is very suitable for people in a wheelchair. It also features a terrace of approx. 50 m2 overlooking the beautiful rolling landscape of the limousin.

L'étude, cottage in Dordogne for 6 people

Halfway between Limoges and Périgueux, we offer the "L'étude" gîte, renovated in 2023. Its privileged location in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park will allow you to enjoy superb nature or cultural walks. Have fun with the whole family at this chic country-style place, in the heart of the village of La Coquille.

La Villa Mendieras

Stone house in the countryside located in the Périgord Vert located 5 minutes from a body of water with all activities for the family. 30 minutes from Limoges, 40 mins from Périgueux near Nontron, Brantôme and Saint Yrieix La Perche. The entire heated pool will be available from mid-May to mid-October.
