Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We had a lovely stay at Jean-Claude's. Very easy communication. Very nice accommodation for 9 adults and one baby, large indoor/outdoor spaces. Fully equipped accommodation: appliances, linens, baby accessories, games room, garden furniture... Very nice view of the mountains, the setting is great. We highly recommend it for holidays for families or groups of friends. Bonus: welcome basket on arrival and basic groceries if needed. Thank you for everything!

This is my second stay outside the winter season in this accommodation, very convenient for day hiking and finding yourself in the quiet of nature. It has everything you need to enjoy the low mountain. Easily accessible by car but also on foot from the TGV station (which I did myself, for those who are not afraid of a few hours of uphill walking on well-maintained trails). The instructions for accessing it were very clear, the whole place is clean and functional.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

This is a very nice house. It's a little smaller than the photos suggest but the layout is very good so we had enough space with seven people. The communication was good. The area is gorgeous. We were annoyed that we had only booked a week.
