Accommodation true to photos and perfect for a family. Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable with children (games available, baby equipment, baby dishes, etc.). The setting is very nice and we could leave our dog safely in the garden because it is very well fenced. I would really recommend it.

The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

The accommodation is very very well equipped, it has everything you need and even more. Olivier sent us all the information (parking, self check-in, use of equipment, etc.) in advance. There's a beautiful little garden with a swing and slide for the kids and even toys in the home. Olivier had even left a welcome gift. Mont Saint Michel is 15min drive away. We had a lovely stay! I highly recommend this listing!

Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice stay in the country house. The cottages are located in a very quiet place and surrounded by fields and forest. The country house has a lot of charm and has all the necessary amenities. The small private terrace is lovely. It was also a pleasure to visit donkey Titou every morning.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time with friends. The house is ideal for both families and groups. It is perfectly located, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. You can really feel the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure the comfort of the guests. Everything is designed to make you feel good, from the accessories and products provided to the layout of the rooms, all with their own private bathroom – a real plus! The exteriors are spacious, very well maintained and perfectly equipped: heated spa, large covered outdoor table, deckchairs… Ideal for making the most of sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you also to the owners, very welcoming, available and discreet. Their kindness and responsiveness made a significant contribution to the quality of our stay. The house was lovely, simply but nicely decorated. We liked the earthen walls and the unique dry toilet. It was perfect for us. There were lots of little extras too, like games for children and interesting books. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay The garden was well kept and there were lots of places to walk our dog.

A warm welcome, little touches for our daughters and ourselves ( the jam is very good) the girls loved the trampoline. The space was clean and had everything. She's a beautiful person, we'll be back.

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.
