The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center and a shopping center. It is perfect for 2 people.

Location close enough to the city center. Flavia is responsive. Good communication. Very clean and functional apartment. Very recent sofa bed but the comfort of the bedding is not ideal. Otherwise, good choice for a short stay.

The accommodation is very nice and clean. It welcomes no more than 3 people, ideal for 2. Stephane was considerate and very cordial with him. I recommend if you are visiting Alençon.

We have stayed in Alencon before but this was by far the best place that we stayed in. The apartment was very easy to find. Free parking was as described close by. The lock box at the front door worked well and we were able to go to the Black Bear pub, that is very close by, within 15mins of arrival. The location is very central, and the coffee machine with pods was well stocked and easy to use. There is a good standard bakery just 4-5 doors along the strete to make sourcing breakfast easy and a carrefour express justopposiate.t. The bed and shower were both excellent. All in all an excellent experience....
