Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Ideally located apartment near shops and RER. The accommodation was as described, comfortable and clean. We felt right at home with the added bonus of lots of "purring" and cuddles from the little house cat! Thanks to Magali for her responsiveness before and during our stay.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. A really great flat to be able to pop in central paris quickly. It felt very clean and had everything you need. It also has a supermarket opposite which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect retreat from busy days and evenings spent out and about in Paris. Emmanuel's apartment is in a great location, just a very short walk from the Metro but also close to Montmatre, Sacre Coeur, and Gare du Nord. There are some great Brasseries in the area and it's close to shops if you want to cook in the gorgeous and well equipped kitchen in the apartment. The apartment design accentuates the timeless charm of the building but also has some quirky pieces that makes it more engaging. The bathrooms are also fab! Emmanuel was super nice and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Merci, Emmanuel and we hope to meet again.

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.

The Host's information is very timely, the location of the room is easy to find, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Great place - amazing friendly host very helpful- for us was easily accessible to Paris on the RER- quick and simple- great value

House that allowed us to gather friends from all over France. It's not far from Paris or Roissy, so it's pretty convenient (even if the RER is 2 km away, a bus can take you there if you don't want to walk). The kitchen is well-equipped and the second kitchen on the 2nd floor allowed us to cook without worries (12 people). The exterior is rather pleasant with a BBQ available.
