Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint-Martin-du-Var

We had lovely days at Heathers place. Lots of nice things to do in the area, but also lovely to come back at the house for a nice swim, just relaxing, enyoing the view, etc. We also liked the well equipped kitchen.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This year, we stayed for the second time with our children in the great accommodation with the beautiful view, which you can hardly get enough of. The arrival and departure there as well as a smooth stay worked out once again thanks to the uncomplicated, extremely pleasant and very reliable commitment of the property manager on site. All in all, we had an unforgettable time again and hope to be able to come back soon.

Caroline and Jacques are very nice, welcoming and very responsive if needed. the place is suitable for children and others.

Our stay at Laurence's was perfect. The self check-in allowed us to enjoy Nice with great freedom. The listing was as described. Important note: the environment is very quiet, which is important for really resting. We'll be happy to go back down to the coast.

Very nice little house. Very functional interior layout, great outside space, great view. The estate is very quiet with nice amenities (safety, swimming pools, sport). Very useful welcome booklet communicated in advance by the host with whom the communication was very fluid. Nadia who takes care of arrivals and departures is very welcoming and warm and has lots of good recommendations about the area.

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

Great stay at Jean's! We were hosted very well by the host and enjoyed the pool and private garden furniture The location is quiet and the center of Fréjus is 15 minutes' drive away. I would highly recommend it! 😊

Very comfortable accommodation. It's more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Small, perfect for a couple of 2, maximum 3 people if a family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

Fully satisfied with Yannick's accommodation. It is a small, very well-designed cocoon, a stone's throw from the sea and all the small local shops. We really enjoyed our stay. There was nothing missing. The pool, a real plus that we really enjoyed! The exchanges with the two hosts were very enjoyable. Stefane’s home is the best! Beautiful accommodations with everything you need. Gorgeous park-like setting. Great sunsets. Stefane was very helpful and accommodating. His neighbors are also very kind. We very much enjoyed our time in his home and in St. Raphael.

Our stay went well, quiet, cool and greenery. The apartment is very well located, perfectly isolated, functional and if necessary, given the weather, we were able to heat up. All within walking distance. Only small downside, the carpet... but we have abstracted. Covered swimming pool accessible until 8 p.m.

Communication was very smooth with our hosts due to their kindness and responsiveness. Beautiful residence, with a beautiful pool and beautiful flowery paths, it is very relaxing. There is ample parking but it can be difficult to find spaces. Great for a stay on the coast!

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

The house was very nice and the view just a dream. We just had the problem finding the house. But after we learned that we have to drive a code through a gate to this secured environment, everything worked smoothly.

Perfect slice of paradise in the Les Issambres hills. Personal pool is the sprinkle of magic that every holiday house needs. 3 large bedrooms upstairs and a living/entertainment area downstairs. more than enough parking in a secure complex.

Great stay! Secluded house in nature, natural environment, beautiful and quiet while being easy to access. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Lovely and nice host. Great for adults, children, dogs. Less suitable for seniors as there are lots of indoor and outdoor steps.

The villa is located further up the hill and you have fantastic views, including directly to St. Tropez. You can easily park on the street and the house manager gives a small tour. On departure, there is a flexible key compartment. The villa is super clean and very modernly furnished: both with air conditioning and heating. The pool with sea views is always pleasantly warm and the jacuzzi and sauna are a real plus. We were there with 8 guests and everyone was just thrilled. Communication was always friendly and helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain. Every Monday there is a market in the village and the area has great coastal paths. We hope to be able to come back soon. Thanks!

Amazing Airbnb, we stayed here during the film festival. The host was very kind and respected our privacy. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to travel to Cannes!

+Tolles Apartment +Very Good Mattresses +Very nice views +Barbecue +perfect pool +TV +Quiet The only notes would be: Ants in the house (often in southern European countries) -Wespen on the terrace if you want to eat food outside (also often in southern European countries) -something musty smell from the boiler room (ventilation helped well) Small side info: Pool is not right in front of the house, which surprised us at first, but turned out to be an advantage in retrospect, because then we didn't have to be afraid because of our little daughter and because the noise of the children in the pool was not right next door.
