Gîte moderne tres comfortable. Good location to visit the surroundings(St Malo, Dinan, Dinard). 5 days with perfect family.

We had a pleasant family stay at Alexandra's place. The house is as described, pretty, functional and tastefully decorated. It is located without a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, close to shops and multiple places to visit. Alexandra and her husband are very friendly, available, accommodating and responsive. I'd recommend it without a second thought. We'll be happy to come back because we had a favorite for this area. Thank you so much for everything ☺️

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

We were greeted warmly. They are extremely communicative and receptive. They are sensational. We had a situation that they saved us rsrsrs. The space is amazing, equipped with everything you need, impeccable cleaning! It seems like you are in a period movie in the middle of a farm. I will return in a summer. Amamos, I strongly recommend driving only.

Quiet environment and charming accommodation

Etienne and Valerie welcomed us in a very friendly way and also said goodbye again. There is nothing missing in the apartment (at least we didn't notice anything) and the location is extremely quiet. The sea and at least one supermarket are within walking distance, also in the city center of Saint-Malo you are fast. If you have a dog with you like us, the fenced-in garden is a dream. If we hadn't booked anything else for the summer, we would certainly come back this year, we will have to postpone the next visit to another year. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and also the landlords!

The house is very nice and very comfortable, furnished with lots of taste. Everything is planned for a family with children, it's very convenient (equipment, books, toys). Anne is a very welcoming person, whom we thank for her warm hosting. We'll recommend your place to our loved ones.

Well-located house with a garden where you can eat and car spaces on the street. Very clean accommodation with all the amenities, very quiet and not very far from the beach and the city center. We did everything on foot and a small crossroads 500m away. We strongly recommend to people who want to visit Dinard and its surroundings Christine

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. This one is perfectly located, right in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not enjoy the small balcony as we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We treasure this address because we will definitely be back. A big thank you!

This is the second time we've been to Dinard in the same place. We really enjoyed last year and this year it was the same. The apartment is very well located close to restaurants, shops, market and the beach. Recommended.

Possibility to park in the yard, which is very nice in the city center. Very well-equipped kitchen, impeccable bedding. We had a lovely stay for 4. We would highly recommend it.

Friendly welcome. Good location apartment, very clean quiet. The parking space in the basement is a plus to park without worrying about finding a spot . I recommend this location .

Pleasant stay in a well appointed accommodation. Well soundproofed, very quiet. We see Granville and the sea from the window. Shops are within an 8-minute walk and a beach is accessible within the same distances. Odile is friendly and available. All this creates a nice stay (and the weather was good for us too).

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!
