Said's accommodation is lovely. Ideally located near Bordeaux but without the inconveniences. The small wooded garden is great for meals in the sun. Said is a responsive and accommodating host.

We spent a few days with family and the house is great. Very easy directions and a great location for visiting Bordeaux. We hope to come back again Virginia

The accommodation is spacious, well arranged and very well equipped. Being able to park cars on the property is a plus as street parking can be hard to find in the area. Our hosts have been very responsive and considerate; the check-in and check-out procedures are clear and simple. Biganos is well located and allows quick access to the different places of interest in the Basin, from the Dune du Pilat to Cap Ferret. Bordeaux is not far either and it is easy to spend a day there... especially in case of capricious weather!

Lydie and her spouse are high quality hosts, with a real sense of hospitality. Their living environment is idyllic, and the accommodation offered is very comfortable, spotless, tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed. The outside part and close to the river is beautiful, you can relax there, dine in the sunset... Very relaxing. Everything is top! It is easy and pleasant to communicate before and during the stay. if you're looking for rural, rustic with amazing views and enjoy the odd visit from a deer then this is the place for you. Emma was exceptionally accommodating and even invited us in her home for an Easter meal. Emma has great recommendations for.local and non local places. there are a lot of English who meet locally who Emma introduced us to and along with Emma we had lots of great times. the Gite is comfty and cosy and a brilliant typical French home surrounded by vines and woodlands and a short 2 mile walk to the local village. this is one of those places you'll revisit time and time again

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
