Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Joachim

We really enjoyed the beautiful house in the village of Billiers! Even in bad weather, the house is lovely. The small grocery store a stone's throw away is a real plus. The bike path leads us to the beach very easily. Special mention for the kitchen, which is super well-equipped with quality utensils and dishes. The only small downside would be the sound insulation towards the street (but that didn't bother everyone in the family😊) Quality bedding, practical storage everywhere. Perhaps the upstairs doors could be looked at again, as they are a little temperamental, but this is part of the character of this beautiful renovation.

Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

We had a very nice week in Saint Brevin! We were hosted very well by Catherine and her husband! The house and garden are very quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Our kids were thrilled to have shovels and rackets for the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean-Marc's place. The cottage is charming and peaceful The garden (park and forest) is beautiful! We took advantage of the ripe cherries in the cherry trees Jean-Marc welcomed us warmly, we felt very comfortable. A welcome basket (with a very nice touch for our dog) was available to us We recommend this cottage and would definitely stay here again The area is great!

Very good hospitality from Mannick, with a little special attention to his guests. I won't say more, I'll leave the pleasure of discovering to the new tenants! Well-located accommodation, close to the beach to admire beautiful sunsets. Also not far from the port of l'Herbaudiere with a very good restaurant to recommend, the Jusant! Very cozy, nice and clean accommodation, parking not far away. Lockbox system. Recommended, no problem!

Gite as described. Anne is very welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is quiet and at the foot of the hiking trail and the beach. No complaints, we had a pleasant and quiet night in this accommodation where everything is available.

We highly recommend Bérengère's beautiful apartment in the heart of Vannes! It is bright and decorated with lots of beautiful exceptional objects. It feels good and it's very bright! The room is quiet in a small inner courtyard. We had a lovely week there. You're all set! Bakery, convenience stores, bars and restaurants, walks on the port and 2 steps from the beautiful Vannes market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We will gladly go back and really enjoyed the exchanges with Bérengère!!!

Very well furnished apartment. Functional and pleasant. Conveniently located for visiting the golf islands, walking in a peaceful location. Parking for the car is very valuable in this area. Beautiful beaches within walking distance. Philippe is available quickly to respond to requests. It was a great stay in beautiful surroundings, we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Christine's family apartment. The apartment is well appointed, carefully prepared, decorated with historical and charming objects. We also treated ourselves with lots of books and games for adults and children. the apartment is just across the street from the bridge that takes us to the île des machines where you can find the famous rides and big elephant. the location is also ideal for going to the old Nantes center, close to Commerce and Ile de Versailles. Christine was very welcoming and accompanied us with instructions and tips throughout our stay. We highly recommend Christine's, and we will surely return for our next visit to Nantes. Thank you very much Christine.

Thank you very much for this little weekend, the accommodation is even better than described, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is beautiful, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. The apartment is quiet, peaceful and Brigitte is adorable ^^ we'll be back with pleasure.

Stay for a seminar in Nantes, Apartment located close to downtown/castle and convention center. We only slept at the apartment. I recommend it.

Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.

Marie is a great host, understanding, attentive, very responsive. We arrived late at our place. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get back into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment for us to be well with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we did not lack anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea , 2 km to the village where the atmosphere is very beautiful at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. We had a great time at the Croisic, in a beautifully decorated and very functional accommodation (dishwasher). The residence is convenient and secure (elevator, parking, pool, children's games) and very well located (right behind the beach). The apartment is super cozy, you feel really good there! Hosts are responsive and concerned about our well-being.
