Yann's small house is very pleasant, with a well-equipped terrace. Flexible check-in with code and lockbox is convenient. Yann remains contactable and is very responsive if needed. Sweets welcome us on arrival, it's very good. The bedding is comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Everything was perfect. You just have to know that access to the courtyard is via a very steep ramp. For cyclists, a slight climb before arrival but the bikes are well sheltered. I highly recommend this listing!

The house is spacious, clean and amenities are new. The views are great. The stove heats up all the rooms well. We who love to cook, the kitchen is large. There are even the little things you forget when you go on vacation and are very convenient on site like coffee, tupperware, towel and bath mat. Louise is very responsive by message, communication is pleasant.

We just had an exceptional family weekend at Patrick's! We felt really comfortable and at home. The gite is beautiful and very functional! Each room is tastefully decorated. We had a great time at Maëlle's place. The setting is very nice, very quiet. The house is charming and cozy. Everything was there for us to have a great stay. Communication with Maëlle was perfect. We had a lovely weekend at Lucie's apartment, which is really well located. We were lucky to have good weather which allowed us to enjoy the garden with our little boy who enjoyed all the toys he had available. Really a very good welcome, we were delighted!

We stayed 2 nights in Thierry's apartment, it was spotless. It is very well located, we were able to visit the city on foot. The apartment is well equipped and the large terrace is really a nice asset. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any traveler who wants to visit Valencia and its surroundings.
