A nice quiet place with a great view of the mountain and St Kitts! We enjoyed watching the monkeys, chickens, and goats from the balcony and it was a great place to stay while we explored Nevis!

Villa Verandah is relaxing from the moment you check in. Peter arranged for an airport pick up for us and for water taxi from St. Kitts to Nevis. The car rental met us at the dock with Peter's house agent, who escorted us to the house and oriented us. The screened verandah is huge and was one of our highlights. The pool is beautiful and relaxing with a fountain. The location is great- close to restaurants and 2 great beaches. You can see the sea from the property. We had a few issues during our stay- regarding home equipment and Peter responded immediately. The house agent was also reachable by cell and very responsive. It was a great week.

Joycelyn is such an exceptional host, she thoroughly deserves and lives up to her reputation as a Superhost!! Always very helpful, proactive and resourceful whenever you need anything! She helped us find a rental car when our original booking was cancelled at the last minute. The Mzuri 2 bed 2 bath unit that we rented from her is part of a villa located in a peaceful and safe location, yet not far from several major restaurants and beaches. The property itself is awesome, very clean and tastefully decorated. The yard has many fruit trees and tropical bushes, which added to our overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend Joycelyn and this rental property if you are visiting Nevis.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s home. It was easy to find, very clean and close to many amazing beaches. The information book was helpful and Jessica checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend Jessica’s home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Our family had a fantastic week at Denise’s place enjoying the pool, the neighborhood goats, and the short walk to what turned out to be a beautiful beach to ourselves. Denise and her local property manager went above and beyond to make things easy for us including arranging transportation and having the fridge stocked upon arrival. We were in Nevis during the low season and enjoyed the quiet escape on Denise’s property which has a huge yard!

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

We can't say enough good things about Garett's place, and his personal hospitality! It was above and beyond in every possible way and we felt so cared for and looked after from start to finish, by both him and his staff. The place was spotless and beautifully appointed. Use of the Jeep made all the difference in the world. We explored Nevis and ate at the wonderful restaurants Garett had pointed us to. It was an all-around amazing week and we are beyond grateful.

What an amazing stay at Lynell and Omell’s Unique Villa! They have a beautiful garden w fruit orchard and vegetables that was such a treat to walk through in the mornings and sample some of the Governors plum, sugar apple and star fruit. So grateful to Lynell for the garden tour and helping me prepare my first breadfruit from their garden. The cottage has everything you need for a home away from home and is a conveniently located near a gas station, convenience store and Nevis airport up the street. The sea bridge ferry to/from St Kitts is less than 10 min drive. Lynell was so kind and friendly and felt like extended family checking in to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommended and look forward to returning.

Definitely one of our best accommodations! We enjoyed our morning walks and explorations on the quiet mostly empty beach , afternoon swims in the refreshing pool and watching the hummingbirds, butterflies and caterpillars in the beautiful lush gardens. The house was spacious and the 2 rooms with A/C worked perfectly for our little family. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed our meals on the breezy patio. We would love to visit again!
