Monthly Rentals in Saint James City

Our stay was wonderful! Kelly’s home was just what we were looking for. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the pool area very much and having the canal behind us offered a beautiful background. It gave my daughter and I a chance to truly relax. My 7 year old grandson loved fishing from the dock and we even saw a few manatees. The house is very pretty inside and very clean. I really appreciated the laundry traveling with a child. Kelly was very responsive to our needs and we appreciate her flexibility. I would definitely return in the future.

We have rented several homes to vacation in, but this is by far the best, most enjoyable, furnished, clean place that we have ever been to. Thank you and your wife for providing us such a great vacation. Our first visit to the Airbnb was very late arrival -10pm. When we pulled up the entire house was lighted up. Very impressive. Went inside to find a very clean space, opened the refrigerator door to put our food away and immediately noticed the Brita water filter in the refrigerator. Unpacked and went to shower and noticed a full spread of bathroom products for us to use. The feeling of showing up at this house was like showing up at our own home. Most enjoyable home we have ever enjoyed staying at. Thank you Chris and Iveta

We had a wonderful time at Maria's house. The view from bed to the palm trees was magnificent. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. 100% recommendation!

Could not have been more pleased about our 3 week stay at The Sandy Pelican. The spotless home was incredibly well stocked with amenities including great kitchen utensils and appliances as well as basic supplies. The furnishings are like new and provide a beautiful decor. The kitchen opens up to a scenic view looking over the pool and canal. We spent many hours relaxing in the pool on the edge of the pristine waterway. One day we counted over 20 manatees! The Sandy Pelican is in a neighborhood with other high end homes. It provides a perfect location from which to enjoy the "Old Florida" atmosphere of Pine Island. The host, Stephanie, could not have been any more responsive or accommodating. She obviously takes pride in presenting her beautiful home. Our overall Pine Island experience was enhanced greatly by staying at the Sandy Pelican.
