Lovely apartment and a great location.

We really enjoyed spending a night in this very nicely decorated apartment. This refurbished apartment is well thought out and well arranged. We didn't miss a thing. It's really well equipped. We had very specific directions for our arrival and enjoyed the self check-in. In short, everything was perfect and if we have to come back to Nantes and the apartment is available, we will book it again!

Great private home, everything you need for a weekly stay. Available coffee , tea for morning and appliances for them. Shop nearby with everything you need for breakfast or lunch. Getting around the city attractions is easy with tram 2, which is a 2-3 minute walk from home. The castle , cathedral and art museum are a 20-25 minute walk away. Close to faculties. Lovely location. I recommend Mathis home. Responsive host. I and my husband were very pleased.

We had a lovely weekend at the place. The decoration has been tastefully done, the accommodation is located in the city center allowing access to shops/restaurants on foot. Communication with Nicolas is very easy.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and we felt right at home. Spacious, everything was clean, very quiet and with very good communication. A total hit! Fully accessible with a baby stroller.

We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
