Spacious, cozy, comfortable, clean… Spent a month here and loved it!!! Highly recommend it!!!

We had a fantastic extended stay at James’ place in Verdun from April to May. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great local spots. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with especially lovely A/C that made our stay even better. James was an amazing host—always quick to respond to any questions and incredibly helpful throughout our time there. It’s been a pleasure staying here, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone looking for a long-term stay in the Montreal area!

Alena,the host, was absolutely sweet and accommodating — responded rapidly to all our queries and made sure we had everything we needed.The place was super well-equipped and clean. The waterfront location is awesome — we loved taking leisurely strolls along the water and watching the sunset. We’d definitely book again. It was home away from home. Highly recommend.

I loved the neighborhood, it was beautiful and very peaceful. It was a basement and very clean. The kitchen and toilet was tidy neat and orderly, the entire apartment was very clean.
