★A few steps away from the beach | Seaside Retreat

BridgetRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 6 and has everything you need. Gareth & Kristina were excellent with instructions and any questions that we had. Everything is within walking distance but is up a steep hill which was excellent for working off the lovely food we ate. Best restaurants are Pavillon, Michelangelo which are 5 minutes away also Bere Grills and the Mexican opposite the pier are really good. If we returned to WSM we wouldn’t hesitate to stay to at The Beach Seaside Retreat.

Wow thank you Lucy. We spent the weekend in Weston for my 50th and my Mums 80th family gathering. The photos of this gorgeous property and the location with a sea view were what drew me to book. On arrival it was even better than expected immaculate and spotless ♥️

Family Home near Merthyr Tydfil

Natasha is an excellent host. She had Bread, Milk and Welsh cakes there for us to make our stay easier. There were teabags, coffee, sugar, plates, cutlery all available to use as well. The bathrooms were also clean and tidy as well as the soft, fluffy, clean towels. The hot tub was amazing too as it helped with relaxing sore muscles after the hike we took. Very helpful, kind, thoughtful and accommodating Host. Natasha went above and beyond what a host should do really. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Natasha as a host as well as this place to stay.

Great home, I did think the £85 charge was extremely excessive and we paid for the home and was asked to pay more for the child

Fantastic stay at Craig's place, lovely house! There was a problem with the heating but Craig did everything he could to sort it out within a very quick time and communicated throughout. Thank you so much for everything, the snacks were very well received and everything we needed was there. We would recommend this place.

3 Bedroom spacious family house

RichardRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Clean, spacious, well kitted out, very convenient for town-centre and exactly as described. Blaenavon itself has a tired charm and is interesting for its mining/ steel-making heritage. The visit to the disused mine was fascinating - we didn’t expect to be travelling 90 metres down in the original mineshaft lift and exploring the old mine; the guide, an ex miner, was great. We also walked up Blorenge hill, starting for the house’s doorstep! Had a lovely meal in the Lion Hotel/ pub, just across the road
