Deb is the sweetest host! She was very communicative throughout our experience and even came out to greet us, chat, and give us a tour upon our arrival. She is very thoughtful with the set up with an abundance of bonus amenities- snacks, coffee, toiletries, robes, games, etc. It felt like staying at a relative's home. Would definitely stay again! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings on the back patio overlooking the pond. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful tips and local recommendations. I appreciated all the thoughtful Minnesota touches throughout the home, from cozy throw blankets to well-equipped kitchenette! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return. I loved staying in this space! It is part of a historic mansion and really beautiful. We all loved the natural light and the tall windows and ceilings. It just felt really special. There was a nicely appointed kitchen which would have been fun to cook in (we didn’t). The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The real star was the sitting room which we spent most of our time in enjoying each other’s company.

Tamara’s place was perfect- welcoming, clean, spacious, well-stocked, and right on the water. She even supplied life vests for the canoe we have access to. Loved staying here!

My stay at The Minnehaha was great! Great location, close to parks and downtown. Chris is a great communicator.

Deborah was a great host. She was available upon my arrival. She was good at communicating. Her place was perfect for me. It was about 2 miles from my daughter’s house. She lent me her bicycle one day. That was great. On my birthday I found a cupcake on my table. Very thoughtful. She is also a fabulous masseuse. She was friendly and accommodating. All in all a wonderful experience

Had a great stay - just what I was looking for, easily accessible to the 54 and 74 buses, easy even without a car! Nice and quiet, friendly host. 10/10 would stay again.

Conrade’s place was clean, comfortable, and a great spot for a long weekend trip! The bed was really comfortable!

The Loons Nest was adorably decorated and equally comfortable! We were greeted with an amazing homemade coffee cake too! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend to all!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Judith’s place, it was clean and comfortable. It’s a great location, short drive to explore the surrounding towns and parks. Judith was kind and friendly, and the farm atmosphere was peaceful. We had everything we needed.

The area is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s easy to find and not too far away from town for fun shops and restaurants. Sven had provided a binder full of brochures and special places around the area for us to consider. We did use it as a starting point for what we’d like to do each day. It was very helpful! A family favorite was the slow morning, coffee sipping on the outdoor patio. It overlooks beautiful greenery and Sven has flower pots that attract the hummingbirds and butterflies. We loved the few docile honey bees who ventured from the hive to come for a drink from the bird bath. They’re far enough from the outdoor seating, they don’t bother you, and for the nature nerds like us, you can get close to observe them taking a little sip of water. So special! Sven was so hospitable and communicative. He made us feel very welcome, as well as the sweet visits from Nixie, the host-pup. Overall, a 10/10 stay. We had so much fun exploring and relaxing. Just what we needed!

This is truly a hidden gem. Cozy with vintage-inspired decor and very clean with a lived-in feel. The king bed and cotton sheets are truly superb. Step-in shower with great water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need. East walk to downtown. Adlon communicates well and responded quickly to a text. I highly recommend this quaint apartment.

Caleb and Shelby were amazing hosts! They were super responsive and gave us the best local recommendations. The neighborhood is very walkable and beautiful — I had such a fun weekend exploring and trying new places. Would absolutely stay again!

Robyn’s place we thought was great. For us it was very close to our kids, priced great, very clean and stocked well with nice items. The king sized bed was perfect and hard to find in an Air BnB. We asked if we could check in early and she responded very quickly with a “yes.” It was also private and quiet. We will definitely try and stay there again.

I chose this rental for its convenient central location in a lovely neighborhood and many amenities within walking distance. Rental unit is well-equipped: bed was quite comfortable other furnishings were cozy. During my stay, it was not warm enough to sit on the secluded patio but I enjoyed the view and the privacy of that outdoor space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was pristine, quiet, and the back yard is GORGEOUS. Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to communicate. 10/10

Just what we needed! Easy access to the twin cities and lots to do. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, with easy parking. Everything was easy to use and Steve was responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back!
