The house stays cool all summer by closing the shutters well during the day. Only the entrance and garden are shared spaces.

In a large village house, two south-facing rooms with independent entrance make up a small bright apartment. The exterior staircase overlooks a charming pedestrian square. I still have to change the windows but it's clean. There is a room with kitchenette and a bedroom with water basin, closet and small shower-WC cabin like on a boat.
