Wonderful stay in this lovely comfortable house, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and pleasant. Perfect for cutting yourself off from everyday life and going green. Very well located in the heart of the village and hiking departures. Absolute happiness thanks to the hot tub, a hot bath to the sound of birds. Olivia is very available and communication is very pleasant. For us, everything was perfect. Thank you for it.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. Very nice, beautiful living space. Plenty of space and light. Number of seats in the sitting area/living room a bit limited, three or four adults can sit comfortably. Easy to take the bus to downtown Lille or walk along the water. Perfect for a weekend in Lille with family or friends.

An amazing night offered to my husband for his birthday. Having already done several hot tubs, this one is exceptional, and has the little something extra. The pole-dance bar in the bedroom and the centerpiece make the place special. The cleanliness is flawless and the spa is cozy. We will probably test the second hot tub in preparation!

nice little quiet apartment, very nice and private garden (no annoying neighbors opposite). Very well equipped and functional. There is everything you need for a vacation. Very good communication with Tadeu and Lucie who were very responsive and did not hesitate to send us an email the day before our arrival to communicate some recommendations. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet was waiting for us with remote control instructions, etc. and brochures on Lens. Feel free to go to the bakery right next to the building, which is worth it, and very nice saleswomen.

Very good communication with the host, clean and comfortable apartment with a pool table which is really great. Not far from the small shops of Wasquehal and the canal for walks. It should just be noted that the apartment has a lot of levels so not for people with limited mobility and not necessarily ideal with very young children.

We spent a weekend with a group of 8 adults and 7 children. We found a beautiful house clean, welcoming, warm and with a beautiful garden in which the kids had fun playing. It has everything you need for toddlers with high chairs and umbrella beds. The hot tub was much appreciated by everyone:) There are clear instructions throughout the house. In short, a great 2 day stay. Too bad we only stayed one weekend!

Very nice place, well maintained and very clean, really nice with children with the garden, pool and great toys (just had to move the fragile items in the living room, apologies Sabine for moving them!), great view, lovely kitchen and amenities, friendly host. Definitely recommend.

Very nice stay at the foot of the Koppenberg. Ideal base for hiking and biking. The house offers many opportunities for relaxation for young and old. Very practical kitchen with all materials provided. Super friendly hostess. We will definitely be back sometime in the spring!

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.
