We were really happy with the week's stay in Joensuu Rantakatu's apartment, which was clean, modern, centrally located, and had all the necessary kitchen items, for example. The apartment was nice and warm even in the freezing cold and the sauna was a great extra. Milon was a very good communicator and responded quickly and kindly to messages. We'd love to come back and recommend!

Perfect place to stay with amazing hosts

We spent 5 nights at Erik‘s place and it simpley was an amazing time. If you want to enjoy nature and take a break from hectic every day life, this is the right place to go! Also the outdoor sauna was a very cool experience :) 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Very relaxing. Jaana was a very good host and communicated very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and the lake is very calming. We used the fishing rods and fished from the boat which was also fun - thanks Jaana!

Lea is a lovely host - very welcoming, warm, friendly, accomodating, easygoing and flexible. I had no issues whatsoever with her or my stay in her house. The house and her property by the lake is just gorgeus, the view is so calming and beautiful to look at. She takes great care of her garden too. I found the house having a very peaceful energy to it, I felt very relaxed there. The only slight downside for me personally was the double bed itself in the bedroom I stayed in. The mattress felt as it had seen it's better days, didn't feel quite firm enough for me, but then again this might not be an issue to other guests at all. I personally happen to have certain back issues and a good bed is something that's very important to me (I had forgotten to ask about the bed prior to my trip). I spoke to Lea about it after my first night and she was just wonderful with the whole thing as with everything else - didn't get triggered or provoked at all. She offered one of the other rooms to me as the single beds are firmer and that I could pretty much choose freely what ever works for me best as I was the only guest in the house during my stay. I found her to be very easygoing and just lovely in every way. I had some very nice conversations with Lea as well and we shared some great laughs too. She was also very kind to me, for example when it rained hard upon my arrival and my only shoes had gone soaking wet, she offered to dry them in the sauna for the next day. Also on another day when it kept raining, she offered me her own rain coat and rain boots so that I wouldn't get wet as I was taking part in the music festival as a singer and getting sick would have been very unfortunate. She also allowed me to practise freely in the house. Brewing a cup of coffee in the morning and the use of basic condiments such as salt and pepper while cooking in the kitchen was also included in the price. I am very pleased with my stay at Lea's beautiful home. She was a superb, fun host and seemed like a wonderful humanbeing overall. I felt great in her house and have no complaints about her whatsoever.

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. Comfortable, clean, and very beautiful house where it was nice to spend a couple of winter vacation days. All the amenities and a cozy warm inside, with a peaceful view of the winter yard and forest from the windows. From the beach nearby, it was nice to admire the starry sky. The host couple was very hospitable and felt welcome. We had a peaceful and close proximity to nature, which was true. We'd love to come back!

It's a wonderful secluded place with easy access to a supermarket and a hotel complex with outdoor activities. The houseis really warm and has everything you need. A great combination of value and quality, we will be happy to come again 😊

We enjoyed a long weekend in privacy with a beautiful cottage and the opening and sauna crowned the experience. Beautiful pristine nature around was also reassuring, and in the wintertime, there were no other cottages around, so we got the peace we needed at the cottage. Johanna was very friendly and proactive about our stay. We'd love to stay at the listing again.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Piias place! The apartment is not only comfortably furnished, but also provides many cooking utensils and bathroom amenities. In addition, mine has a wide selection of various outdoor equipment, toys and gets tips for leisure activities in the area. In general, Piia was very nice, caring and helpful and always easily accessible. We would always come back.

Very nice apartment with beautiful location in the port of Lappeenranta. The place matches the description and photos, and everything you need was in the apartment. Clear instructions for check-in and other communication were smooth and friendly. Very nice stay for a couple or small family.

Great accommodation in a great location both at Vierumäki Sports Institute and Rautvuori for sports. A tsar hopper just a short walk away as a tip for a nice place to stay! Communicating with Raimo was quick and easy. Loved everything, recommendable place!
