Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! Our experience was absolutely memorable at this amazing find that we stumbled upon. The roads were perfectly fine to reach the stay. And once you enter the stay, you wouldn't want to get out. All the interiors are so aesthetically decorated. The view is so peaceful from the balcony. The entire place was so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host Diwanshi had placed a little booklet which had a menu and all the nearby attractions you can visit. Coming to the caretaker Sovan bhaiya, he was so helpful and very attentive. The food he prepared was completely fresh and so yum. He took care of anything and everything there. He even helped us reach our ride when it was raining heavily. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and I plan to visit it again when they have their penthouse complete. A must visit if you are looking to skip the noise of the touristy places and just have a peaceful time with your family and friends!

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Gaurvi's place is charming, cozy, and perfect for a group of four. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area. The home was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. A big plus was the 24/7 availability of the caretaker, who was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected retreat!

This villa is very comfortable, it feels exactly like you are at your home. Caretakers are very humble and co operative. They provide really good food at a very affordable price, i will recommend you to at least have dinner at the villa instead of having it outside. The host is also very responsive to your queries, in the end it was worth it ❤️.

We had a fantastic stay at Nainital. This was not possible without Ssumedhas property.

We stayed for 2 days with 3 of my dogs and the stay was extremely comfortable. The place has a private fenced gardens so dogs could play and the rooms were clean and well appointed. There is a cafe at premise and it served great food and as per our convenient times and were flexible. Bhalugad waterfall is in the vicinity and took about 400mtr walk to reach its entrance.

The staff rajendra and ashu were so good they helped us a lot and followed our each and every command . They were like friends to us.

It was our second time at Sukoon. It is perched high up in the Kumaon hills, about a 20 minute uphill hike from the road, which ensures tranquility and minimal human interaction - exactly what we were looking for. The cottage stands facing a forest which comes alive with the sound of birdsong in the mornings. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck reading, birdwatching, soaking up the Sun and star-gazing. The cottage itself is very well-appointed. The bedding is comfortable and warm, and the kitchen has everything one might need to prepare a small or elaborate meal. Three adorable, friendly dogs who accompanied us on our hikes made the deal even sweeter! Sushil, the host, was welcoming and hospitable. He showed us hiking paths from the property and viewpoints for sweeping views of the snow-capped Kumaon Himalayas in the distance. While he was always just a message away he ensured we had utmost privacy. We had the most wonderful stay at Sukoon and can't wait to be back!

Check in was smooth. Host was responsive. Place was well equipped with appliances and utensils Both the bathrooms had geysers which helped us get ready for the next destination quickly, had a great experience staying there. Will plan a long term stay at this property soon.

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. The property was exactly as shown, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
