Monthly Rentals in Sai Mai

The location is extremely convenient for catch the BTS into downtown Bangkok. Complex amenities (pool and gym) were very nice and never too crowded. Utilities (internet & TV) worked flawlessly. Never had any issues with video conferencing or watching movies. Owner was always available to answer any questions I might have. She was extremely helpful and cordial.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is great and the host is there to help if you need anything. It may be a bit far out of Bangkok for your liking, but I think it’s a good location. There is construction going on now next door, but it wasn’t much of a bother. 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An exceptional host — truly one of a kind. I stayed at Oom’s place for several weeks, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive (answers within 10 minutes), attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. She doesn’t just host — she genuinely supports you. Need advice? She’s there. Administrative help like the TM30? She handles it. A small issue or simple question? She replies quickly, with kindness and clarity. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-located, and comfortable. But what truly made the difference was Oom’s amazing energy and care. A real gem. I highly recommend her without hesitation, and I’d gladly come back. Thanks again for everything, Oom!
