A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 x 200, living room with open kitchen solution, hallway and bathroom. It is idyllically located by Akerselva in Nydalen. All amenities in the immediate vicinity and lovely green space just outside the door. Three minutes to go to subway that goes downtown in 10 minutes. Shopping center is in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Wine Monopoly. Walkway straight into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city centre from the apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with little noise and traffic. There is a short distance to everything from shops, various gyms, cafes, and cultural attractions. Public transport is also very good with several buses stopping just close to the apartment. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Otherwise, it is a short distance to the grocery store, parks and restaurants further down on Torshov. 2 minutes walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the tram. Grünerløkka is also within walking distance.

The apartment provides excellent bus connections to all areas of Oslo, with a bus stop literally right outside the door. For travelers arriving by air, the airport bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away.

The apartment is closely connected to bus lines 37 and 54. Living room and kitchen are facing away from the street. There are 5 minutes to the subway in Nydalen. Voldsløkka, Akerselva, Nydalen and Sagene are close by. 15-20 minutes walk and you are at Grünerløkka. There is bus no. 51 to Maridalen and the fantastic field Oslo has (3min walk). There is a 15 minutes walk to the train that takes you out into the field in the winter. 15 min walk to Ullevål Hospital.
