Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saen Suk

Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

The house was the same as the pictures in the advertisement. There were all the amenities in the ad description. Thewifi was impeccable and fast. The house was very clean, the items were very new. Tidy house and pool cleaning was done. The host was very quick to resolve any disruptions we had. The towels were changed regularly. Although the house is not in a very central place, a taxi came to the front of the house for 2-3 minutes with the “Bolt” application. It took around 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi and cost 100-130 THB. We had no problems with transportation. We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay, I recommend it to everyone.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room is very nice. I went to the swimming pool upstairs. The surrounding bars, food, and massages are all very convenient. I'll come back again next time.

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

It's close to everywhere in terms of location. I really liked the room. It's very clean and tidy. I had no problems with communication. I definitely want to book the same place the next time I come. It's definitely worth the money you pay. The host Maneerut explained everything we needed to do in detail. He helped with everything.

Very clean, good communication

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Beautiful unit, great location, but minutes to everything. Big pool with inexpensive restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is on an amazing clean quiet beach, but minutes away from the madhouse of Pattaya city, or the main nightclub/bars of Jomtien. So relaxing with full facilities, beautiful, themed furnishings with red and black and contemporary paintings. Huge firm bed. Two air conditioners, plus fans, so you can isolate and change room temperatures to your needs. spent lots of time on large balcony looking at the ocean. Short walk to night markets, had everything, various cuisines, including Geek, and my favourite fried coconut ice cream with your choice of fresh fruit flavouring the best I have everything had, plus shopping for clothes or what ever you want.

The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent communication with the host, who was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended!

Very nice room with a real nice view.

From the moment I walked in, I was absolutely captivated. While there were a few minor details that caught my eye, they were quickly overshadowed by the sheer beauty, spaciousness, and immaculate presentation of the home. The breathtaking views elevated the experience even further—each of the four balconies (if I counted correctly!) offered its own stunning perspective, making every moment a delight. I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.
