Хозяин очень отзывчивый, отвечал быстро. Апартаменты небольшие. К сожалению, они оказались довольно шумными, из окон очень слышно бар/караоке. Для меня это была не проблема, но если у вас проблемы со сном, обратите на это внимание. В целом, если вы ищите недорогой дом посреди вечеринки, то это ваш выбор.

Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

We had a very nice time at Sunee's house! They respond very quickly and always give answers. We live on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with AC in each room. The house has multiple keys and security measures, which make you feel very safe all the time. PS, A nice cafe is located near the house, and you can also get a Thai milk tea there.

Хорошая квартира на 23 этаже,шикарный вид на бухту, бомбезные закаты! Иногда присутствует запах канализации, но похоже это происходит во всем кондо. Цена немного завышена, мебель тоже не первой свежести, но в общем и целом все понравилось хозяин очень отзывчивый человек.

Tessanee's place is an absolute gem – so much so that we are extending our stay for another week! It's super clean, incredibly convenient, and literally steps from the BTS. Tessanee herself is a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host who exceeds all expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and were blown away by how nice the place was. It had a ton of space which we are always appreciative of. It had a big flat-screen TV. We actually went to Terminal 21 to buy an HDMI cord to hook up my laptop to the TV. It was awesome. The place was spotless and super clean. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. I would definitely stay here again when coming to Pattaya. 10/10

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

Квартира была очень чистой, просторной, хорошее расположение. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда на связи, отвечал быстро. В здании есть массажный салон, бассейн, кафе где можно позавтракать. Мы очень довольны, думаю что в следующий раз остановимся там же.

5 stars – Highly recommended! The apartment on the 27th floor was fantastic: modern, very clean, and with an amazing view over Pattaya. The location is super central – restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Perfect for anyone who wants to stay in style and be right in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt in Noor's Condo sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft entspricht allen Anforderungen und liegt super zentral. Auch an zusätzliche Haushaltsmittel, Snacks und Wasser wurde gedacht.
