This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. Wiphaphan’s listing was perfect. She was very flexible with check in and check out times and she was very responsive. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. I would stay here again on my next visit to Pattaya .

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Quiet condo, few people. There is everything you need nearby, but you need to go for fun, that is, there is no entertainment within walking distance (for some it is a plus😉). Clean, beautiful, 500 meters to the sea, NaJomtien beach. The apartment is cozy, clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, including a washing machine. Access to the pool is a great option. The side is not sunny, it is comfortable on the balcony. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. I recommend it to everyone!!! Tessanee's place is an absolute gem – so much so that we are extending our stay for another week! It's super clean, incredibly convenient, and literally steps from the BTS. Tessanee herself is a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host who exceeds all expectations! For anyone seeking a cozy, convenient, and well-furnished place to stay with an awesome host, this is it!

Excellent stay. As usual, the host was very responsive to any questions I had and the location of this condo is unmatched. It's within walking distance of countless restaurants, malls, bars, stores, and right off the beach. The condo also has plenty of space with a smart tv, kitchen, and washer if you need it. I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to book this condo again in the future.

Very clean, good communication

This is a small and clean apartment. It is located on the first line of the sea and has a very nice pool. Everything you need is close by.

The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay in Pattaya. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, yet still peaceful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This is my second time staying with Pan at one of her condos and I can safely say that she is one of the best hosts on ABNB. She and her co-hosts make everything perfect from start to finish. Special mention to Nok who is so sweet and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time.

Very distinctive homestay. The cafe downstairs is beautiful and delicious. 5 minutes by taxi to BTS. Very quiet. The boss is very handsome and friendly.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!
