Incredible experience! We traveled from SC for our youngest son’s wedding. From the time we walked into this place when we found a box of doughnuts & a personalized message about the wedding until we checked out late because we needed some extra time . . . and on top of all this Krystal shared her number & we communicated with her & she was always responsive. Again, I say, Incredible experience! You should definitely consider a stay at this place while in Old Orchard Beach. Thank you, Krystal!

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. The home was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a memorable stay. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Tammy describes her sweet cottage perfectly. Water views are spectacular with options to fish off the dock, sit in the backyard to warm up or sit on the bluff to cool off. It was perfect for this girl and her dog to re-set in solitude. Most places on the water have sensitive septic as described so you want to consider that if there are more than two guests. I enjoyed my endless walks on Popham beach (no dogs 4/1-10/1)) and was thrilled to be there in the off season. I barely saw anyone! Reid State Park was also spectacular and more opportunity to walk my dog on the trails. Tick season is a bit of an adjustment every year but not a problem if you prepare yourself and your furry friends. A perfect place for a great book, wandering around historic Bath, and easy meal prep. I stayed 2 weeks and appreciated all the thought Tammy put into anticipating what a traveler might need.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

Darryl was an outstanding host - I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at an AirBnb with a more responsive host. Darryl was extremely quick to respond and took care to be thoughtful and detailed in his responses. The home was just as described and had the most wonderful access to Locke Lake. It was incredibly peaceful and the large fire pit was the nicest touch for evenings. Both baby and dogs had a blast!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

The place was beautiful and the location was close to the beach. A 2 minute walk to where you can see the ocean and another 5 minute walk along there to where you can set up a beach chair on the sand or play in the water. It was perfectly set up with all the extra little things you will need. It was perfect for our family.

The location and views were unbeatable. the place was as described. It is a half mile walk from the pier so lots to do. direct access to the beach was awesome. The hosts were responsive with any questions. A couple things to note that would be helpful to know ahead of time: 1- the kitchen has no non-stick pans and no wine glasses (but did have a cork screw!) 2- all bedrooms have blinds but they let in a lot of light. so if you have little ones who need to nap during the day, be aware. and if you are not an early riser, the bedroom that is beach facing will be bright early (and even a tad bright at night as there are street lights that go on outside the beach entrances at sundown) 3- the bedroom facing the beach also connects to the second bedroom.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was absolutely adorable! It was very clean, comfortable, and provided all the necessities. The location was beautiful and the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The hosts were also very fast and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Susan was great! It was a little tricky getting in but that was likely because we arrived after dark. The place was neat and tidy and the view was incredible. Added bonus of plenty of chairs to sit and bring to the beach. Great host, can't wait to come back :)

Pattie and John were good hosts, and they always responded quickly to our questions and needs. The place is small but quaint and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The beach is beautiful, and is easy to walk to as are several stores, eating establishments, and amusements. Its a beautiful area that is very family friendly. Please note that at the end of the listing it says "active train tracks behind the building". People familiar with "OOB" would know about the trains, but we didn't. So, 20-30 feet behind the condo are the "active" tracks, and active means trains are coming throughout the day and night. When they pass the street crossing they always blow the horn several times in addition to the usual train noises, and it shakes the condo. Our hosts did offer us earplugs and a noise machine to help muffle the sound. Please take note of this if you're a light sleeper or have a baby. Overall we had a great week in "OOB", and John and Pattie's place is a great spot.

Absolutely incredible! Gorgeous views, great neighbors and so peaceful. Loved having access to the bikes for daily rides. This is not a sterile empty Airbnb, this is a lived in and loved absolutely beautiful home. The layout is fantastic with nice touches throughout. The kitchen was not only beautiful but had great knives and cast iron cookware. I felt at home the moment I stepped inside. I definitely did not want to leave. Shannon was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This space was very cute and perfect for my friend and I to stay for the weekend. Very clean and cute decor. The only thing I would say is the window ac does not cool the entire space as much as needed in the hot summer months. Other than this very very small detail the stay was wonderful and Trish was so accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!!
