Magical stay with a very attentive host. The family home has a soul, it feels so good. In the winter, the burst of the stove warms an already comforting atmosphere even more. The building is beautiful. And then Etienne is a rare host, whose information, tips and suggestions made our stay an exceptional moment. A rare kindness, we thank him again. Really enjoyed our stay at Douarnenez. The apartment is exactly as described with everything that is needed for a short break. It's tastefully decorated with a spacious balcony. The location is ideal with just a very short walk to the beach and several restaurants and bars. We visited out of season but we still managed to find places to eat. The underground secure parking is a plus. Only negative is the road works and building works going on at the moment but this did not impact our stay and Nicholas sent us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment despite the road closures. The refurbishment of the pavements and beachfront will be a real bonus when finished. We hope to return and stay for a bit longer!
