This stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as it was described. I would definitely come back to PR and stay at Samuel’s place. The house was very clean and was very spacious. If you are planning a trip with a group, I would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect and all the attractions and towns to visit were close by.

Definitely recommend staying here! We were really impressed by the amount of amenities available! Everything you need and usually need to buy was provided. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had different seasonings, an ice machine and an air fryer, on top of the usual oven and microwave. There was a washer and dryer! We even used their beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Overall the place was super cozy and relaxing. You can see the time and effort that was put into the home.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great place to spend with friends or family a lot of room to do activities in a great location close to everything

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico! The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe we had no issues at all. The house was perfect for our family. The backyard pool was a great size, perfect for everyone to relax and have a good time. There was even a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside. Inside, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, including an ice maker in the fridge. The dining room had a beautiful table perfect for family meals. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were huge. The bathroom was very clean, which we really appreciated. Another big plus was the driveway and garage it felt great knowing we had a secure place to park. Overall, the entire experience was 10/10. The hosts were amazing they responded quickly to any questions we had and made everything super easy. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

This place was actually very comforting. There was a lot of construction noises and animal noises on the street which was the only downfall. The home was nice and clean with street parking. Overall it was mostly relaxing. There were no tv's in the rooms, just one communal television in the common living room with minimal seating unless you sat on the one sofa AND at the dining room table. I did wish that each bedroom had its own TV to avoid having to all use one TV. Other than that I would revisit this location in the future. And the host was amazing 👏🏽

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

It was my first time traveling on my own, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, felt safe. The instructions upon arrival were to the point and easy to follow. Clean apartment, even provided fresh towels 3 days into the stay. Hopefully if the chance happens to visit San Juan again I will definitely be staying here again.

The house was great and Kristi went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable even when circumstances were way beyond her control. We look forward to coming back again.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

loved staying at Latitude House the location was great for accessing Isla Verde and the beaches. The house was perfect for my family plenty of space for everyone

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Great place to stay! Pros: Very clean, beds are comfy, pool is great! Plenty of bathrooms with nice pump bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Beach towels and a wagon with chairs and beach stuff available to use! They even gave a wonderful snack tray of treats for arrival! Cons: living room has only one small, 3 cushion couch. The entry pic couch is not there so for family of four limited seating. Location: Beach is short walk and was amazing! Sand bottom, clear water, safe waves. One day rougher ocean so more seaweed but that is expected with Mother Nature. The nature park right next to beach is also a short walk and has amazing views!!! Don’t miss it! The restaurant/bar across from the beach had yummy food and drinks. Nice to be able to walk to and from it all!

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

The ride to the house was easy and it was very easy to find and easy to make our way inside, parking was very nice gates open and was able to park car inside , inside the home was very homey and spacious and AC was very nice kitchen was nice living room and bedrooms were top notch! I had no complaints it had everything we needed! I even ran into a problem with the key! Messaged the owner and they responded so quickly and say no problem a new key will be comin within the hour and they did not FAUL!! I appreciated it so much very much worth the money and my 5 star rating!
