Booked the place as read many reviews about the dogs and yes they are very adorable and friendly to guests. There's 1 doggy always guard in front our room entrance, super sweet behaves. The host main house located at ground floor, and the room we stayed in need few step staircases down to reach, independent access door, washing machine outside the room. Surrounded with trees, birds etc.. windy and chill. Dining table, Fridge, mini oven, microwave, rice cooker and water dispenser all handy and convenient. Huge and clean bathroom. 2 queen size beds both comfy to sleep in. Overall super nice staycation we had. Doggies are bonus attraction for us.

Everything else was fine. the place was at the center of the city, a lot of people with cars therefore the parking is moderately hard to get. we had to circle 3times until we get a parking.

It was a super place and my family and I had a very memorable 2 days.Everything including the views, the food, the drinks, and the service were so perfect and everyone of us loved it.Nor is a really great diving instructor, he knows so many snorkeling spots, and although it's not the first time for snorkeling, we reap a new wonderful experience here.Everyone sees the turtles as they wish, as well as a variety of beautiful fish and corals.It's worth mentioning that the food is fantastic, and every meal is delicious and abundant, and my family especially love Nor's well-cooked sea fish and blended lemonade.Also, it's not a pleasure to buy seafood here and the Ba Yao people.I very much like tiger and jiji, tiger relatives are calm, jiji is lively and cute, in such a nice environment, spending time with two small cute, also good memories of our trip.Finally, thank you to all the staff here for everything, they were friendly and attentive.Special thanks to Nor for the tuna meal (he heard that Chinese eat fish when they celebrate the New Year).Would recommend for all to come and experience it was definitely more than I could have imagined and a great value for money.Hope to be back again.

We had an enjoyable stay. Host was very responsive & helpful. Place is centrally located - close to many good restaurants & not too far from town either. Would definitely go back again when we go to Sandakan

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's place! The apartment was immaculately clean and situated in a beautiful surrounding. I was initially concerned about previous reviews mentioning a broken air conditioning unit, but I'm happy to report that it has been fixed. We also enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Alex's recommended restaurant nearby. Additionally, Alex went above and beyond by organizing a tour for us to explore KK, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, we had a great time staying at Alex's place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Alex!

Large home, complete.. Nice host, fast response ..

Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

Travelled with a 6year old and parents. Good place to just chill and relax with good facilities. Just that the pillow and bed is a bit too soft and old. One towel has stain on it. But overall it’s good.
