Parks & Nature

One of our favourite walks in Arrowtown is Sawpit Gully which starts near the Chinese Settlement. It takes about 2 hours and is quite steep in parts so not for the faint hearted but you're rewarded with amazing views of the area.

A lovely loop walk right in the heart of the forest. You can visit Sam Summers hut who was a prospector in the early 20th Century. A bit hilly in places but great views over Lake Dispute and Lake Wakatipu.
